Sony 1.85-4.00 Zoom Lens for SRX-Series Digital Cinema Projectors

The 1.85 to 4.00 Zoom Lens from Sony is designed for use with the SRX-series digital cinema projectors and features built-in memory feedback. This lens uses a feedback circuit that reports focus and zoom position to the projector, allowing the operator to preset and recall different lens settings from the projector’s function memories. It also offers instant and automated screen sizing for video formats using different aspect ratios.

The motor-gear mechanism of this lens can bear 20,000 times of reciprocating movement between three aspect ratio zoom positions: 2.39:1, 1.85:1, and 1.66:1. The lens covers screen widths ranging from a minimum of 4.5 meters to a maximum of a 20 meters on Scope size screens (2.39:1) with the SRX-R320 on 14′-L operation.
