It supports the playback of multiple file formats over your wired network, plus Bluetooth compatibility for pairing with your compatible smartphone or tablet. For your optical media, it will play traditional CDs and can rip them onto the built-in 2TB hard drive in FLAC, MP3, or WAV formats. The VAULT 2i is controllable via the Blu OS Controller app or by your Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri ecosystem. An Ethernet cable and various audio cables are included for instant connectivity.
Audio Files for Audiophiles
Featuring a quiet 2TB hard drive with low power consumption, the VAULT 2i lets you easily rip all your CDs in lossless high-resolution FLAC or WAV format, or space-saving MP3 format. Giving you the ability to directly access your downloads, iTunes library, and other content from any NAS drive via the USB port, the VAULT 2i provides virtually endless possibilities for storing your music collection.
No Computer Necessary
Once set up on your wired home network, the VAULT 2i allows you to access and share your entire music library and stream it to any Blue sound player on the same network, all without a computer. A dual-core ARM Cortex A9 processor allows the VAULT 2i to effectively multitask while flawlessly streaming to multiple rooms.
Blu OS Controller App
Take control of the VAULT 2i with the easy-to-use BluOS Controller app. With the ability to play and store audio from multiple streaming services, internet radio stations, and podcasts, and rip your CDs, the VAULT 2i becomes yours to command with just a few simple taps on your mobile phone or tablet. Seamlessly access and share your digital music library with the BluOS Controller app, and stream it in studio quality sound to multiple rooms in your home.
Access All Your Music
With gigabit Ethernet connectivity, the VAULT 2i ensures that there are virtually no skips or delays even when streaming high-resolution audio files. Play music in sync, or play music simultaneously to any Bluesound speaker in any room on the same network. With an array of analog and digital input and output options, the VAULT 2i can also connect to your existing powered speakers, allowing you to take your music to the next level.
Voice Control
With skills and support for Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri, you can connect the VAULT 2i to the corresponding app and enjoy hands-free voice control of all your audio. Select a track, play your favorite playlist, pause or skip a song, and tell your virtual assistant in which room it should play your music.
Surround Yourself with Sound
The VAULT 2i lets you view and control your music library on all Blue sound players on the same network directly inside the Blu OS Controller app. Whether you’re streaming from a cloud music service, podcast, internet radio station, or even your personal music collection stored on a USB drive, the VAULT 2i delivers a truly innovative multiroom experience.
